As an existing supplier to a well-known car manufacturer, we were already trusted to produce components for their seating systems. However, the brand approached us with a specific challenge: could we improve on the quality of a part being produced by another supplier? To put us to the test, they sent us the existing moulds and asked us to deliver a better result.

Drawing on our expertise in composite engineering, we reworked the process to create a superior seat back, achieving a finish and performance standard that exceeded the manufacturer’s expectations.
