A specialist car manufacturer approached us to supply a lightweight seat for their new model. To begin with, the project focused on adapting one of our proven Tillett seat designs to fit their car. Working hand in hand with their team, we used CAD to refine the geometry, ensuring the seat integrated seamlessly with the vehicle while maintaining the performance and comfort expected from a Tillett product.

Impressed by both the material quality and the collaborative design process, the client invited us to expand our role within the project. We went on to engineer and manufacture a range of cockpit and interior components, all produced in advanced composites. These parts not only reduced weight but also delivered the premium finish required for a high-performance vehicle
